These Terms govern your use of the Eatma app ("Eatma", "we", "us"). By using Eatma you accept them. They serve as the app’s end-user license agreement; Apple’s standard EULA (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) also applies.
Using Eatma
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app for your own non-commercial use. You must be at least 13 years old.
Subscriptions and billing
- Eatma offers auto-renewable subscriptions (monthly and annual).
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends, at the current price.
- Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
AI features
The AI scanner and the calorie and nutrition values are estimates and may be inaccurate; review them before relying on them. AI meal recognition is limited to about 30 scans per day, which we may change.

The app is provided "as is", without warranties, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these Terms and will post the new version here with an updated date.
